Terms and Definitions

Website (hereinafter – the “Site”) – an informational resource on the Internet located at http://ribas.ua/, containing text, graphic and other information perceived as a single whole and supported by a set of system software tools.
User – any individual who has ever accessed the Site and has reached the age permitted for acceptance.

Ribas Hotels Group has the right to transfer personal data of the User only for the purpose of processing the booking and further reservation procedures, including accounting and reporting documentation in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Tax Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine”.
It is not considered a violation for Ribas Hotels Group to provide personal data to accommodation facilities and third parties acting under a contract with Ribas Hotels Group to fulfil obligations to the User.

Use, Storage, Processing and Disclosure of Personal Data

Ribas Hotels Group is required to collect certain information, including name/surname, address, payment information, to process a reservation. If the User refuses to provide necessary information, Ribas Hotels Group cannot complete the booking.
Booking information is stored on a secure server of Ribas Hotels Group, preventing loss, theft, unauthorized destruction, distortion, falsification, or copying of information.
Such storage of personal data complies with national and international standards.
Personal data is not stored longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
